Questions about using ClearToApply
Find answers about choosing services, completing forms, using your account, receiving support, and understanding who makes application decisions.
How the platform works
These answers apply across ClearToApply. Requirements, documents, prices, support, and timelines for a particular application appear with that service.
What is ClearToApply?
ClearToApply is a private, multi-service application-assistance platform. It helps you find an appropriate service, complete a guided form, save your progress, and access the support described for that service. ClearToApply is not the organisation that decides your application.
How do I choose the right service?
Search by the application, document, programme, or goal you have in mind, or browse the service catalogue by category. Open a service to review its scope, form, requirements, support, and any published price before you continue.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Choose “I am not sure which service I need” in the service finder. The Universal Assistance Intake lets you describe what you are trying to do without selecting a specialist form first.
Can I use one account across different services?
One ClearToApply account lets you return to eligible saved applications and view their history in one place. Each application still follows the rules, form, and support model of its selected service.
Why do forms differ between services?
Different applications require different facts, declarations, and documents. A specialist form is used when one is published for the service. The Universal Assistance Intake is used when you are unsure which service fits or when no specialist form is available.
Do all services have the same price or payment process?
No. Prices and payment availability are set by each published service. Review the service information before paying. Where applicable, authority or provider fees and ClearToApply service fees are shown separately.
Where can I find refund information?
Read the Refund Policy and any service-specific terms shown before payment. Whether a refund is available depends on the applicable terms and the circumstances of the request.
How should I provide documents and personal information?
Follow the selected form and provide only information and documents relevant to your request. Do not place passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or payment-card details in document uploads. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Will a person review my application?
Each service states whether human support or expert review is included. When provided, a ClearToApply Expert works within the scope described for that service. Human review does not make ClearToApply the deciding authority or provider.
Who decides whether an application is approved?
The relevant government body, institution, employer, funding organisation, licensing body, marketplace, or other provider makes its own decision. ClearToApply cannot guarantee approval or any other outcome.
