How your total is calculated

The checkout quote is calculated on the server from immutable program, package, promotion, and tax-policy versions pinned to your order.

Assistance service fee: The selected package and number of linked traveler applications determine this line.
Official CBP application fee: $40.27 · Collected separately for each traveler and held for payment to CBP during supervised filing.
Tax: Shown only after a reviewed tax policy resolves the billing jurisdiction; unresolved tax blocks checkout.
Total collected: Service fee plus official fees, less approved discounts, plus any applicable tax.

Official website: self-preparation with no assistance service fee.

Standard: guided application, saved progress, and expert review with a 24-hour service target.

Express: the same assistance with priority expert review and a 4-hour service target.

Both plans: the government fee is separate. Service timing starts after payment and complete information; government processing is separate.

Every route: CBP alone decides authorization and admission is never guaranteed.
